Andrew County Online Access
Case.net is the official public court case search path for Andrew County Circuit Court records when they are public. It supports case number and litigant name searches, filing date searching, scheduled hearing lookup, and case tracking. The Missouri State Public Defender guide says a user may track a case by entering a case number or litigant name, choosing Track This Case, adding email or mobile information if desired, entering verification characters, and submitting the request.
Pay By Web and Plead and Pay are separate payment channels for eligible balances or traffic matters. They do not replace the clerk's copy process. If a court balance is not eligible online, if a ticket requires appearance, or if the file is restricted, the Circuit Clerk remains the correct Andrew County contact point. Not every public record at the Andrew County Courthouse is a Circuit Clerk record. The County Clerk is on the main level and handles elections, tax levies, payroll, county licenses, notary commissions, bid openings, and county administrative records. The Recorder of Deeds is also on the main level and maintains real estate documents, marriage licenses, state and federal tax liens, and military discharge filings. The Recorder does not maintain Circuit Court case files.
